Employability Training
SALBA recently hosted an Employability Training event for young graduates, equipping them with the core skills needed to succeed in the job market.
The event focused on developing key soft skills such as effective communication, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork. Participants also gained insights from industry experts, who shared valuable advice on securing employment, improving resumes, and acing interviews.
By the end of the training, graduates were better prepared to navigate the job market with confidence, equipped with practical skills and strategies to stand out to potential employers.
